Privacy

The app's training and coaching content is bundled with the app and runs on your device. Your practice stats are stored locally on your device. Training does not require an account, and training data is not synced to our servers. Deleting the app removes this locally stored data.

Online training at learn.feltsavvy.com uses browser storage for practice progress and the hosting services described below.

Reservations are optional and only for players a host has invited. To run a private game, the host adds each player's name and phone number, and may add an optional photo. We also store internal player IDs, game details (date, time, location, notes, seats) and each player's replies (in, waiting list, can't make it).

Players enter the host's code and their own phone number to find their reservation. The group's table shows players' names and photos to others who have the group code. Phone numbers are not shown to other players; the host can see the players they added, including phone numbers.

Photos: player photos are stored at web addresses that anyone who has the address can open. They are not protected by the group code. Removing a photo may not immediately remove every copy (for example, copies already cached by a browser).

Online friends games are optional. We store group names, display names, phone numbers, membership and invitation details, sign-in sessions, and game information such as seats, virtual-chip balances, hands and player actions to run the private table. Group-owner passwords are stored as password hashes. Phone numbers identify invited members; we do not access your address book or send SMS invitations automatically.

The group owner can manage members and see their phone numbers. Other group members see display names and the table activity available to them in the game. Sitting out a game keeps your group membership and saved virtual-chip balance.

When the host enables voice chat, seated players can choose to join. Joining starts muted. Your microphone is used only after you choose to unmute and grant microphone permission. LiveKit carries live audio between participants and processes connection information needed to provide the call. FeltSavvy does not record or store these conversations. Muting stops sending microphone audio; leaving voice chat or ending the group game disconnects the call. Other participants can hear anything you share while unmuted.

The websites and online services are hosted with Lovable. Reservation and private-group data is stored and processed using Supabase. Optional live voice chat uses LiveKit. These providers process information on our behalf to operate the relevant services.

Our hosting provider automatically adds its own analytics script to published pages. We do not add advertising or analytics code ourselves. For visits to the website, that script records the page you are viewing (its web address and path), the page that referred you, your browser and device information, your language, and an approximate country inferred from your device's time zone. It also sets a temporary cookie holding a random session identifier that expires after about 30 minutes. It does not collect page-performance measurements.

This is different from the app's offline training, which runs entirely on your device and makes no network requests, so nothing about your practice is recorded there. It is also not advertising or cross-site tracking: we do not use advertising networks and we do not track you across other websites.

Our hosting provider may keep standard technical logs and aggregate visit statistics, and the website may send technical error reports (such as an error message and the page address) to the hosting provider to help fix problems. The native app does not add advertising or cross-app tracking.

We do not collect your precise location (GPS) or your contacts / address book.

For in-person reservations, the group code is not saved: it is kept only in memory during your visit. A host's PIN may be kept in the browser tab's session storage until the tab is closed. Your browser may also hold the hosting provider's short-lived analytics session cookie described above for about 30 minutes.

Private online groups save an opaque sign-in token and group identifier in local browser storage, including the app's web view, so you can return to your groups. These saved sessions do not contain your phone number or password. Clearing website data removes these sessions; it does not delete your server-side group information.

You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your reservation or private-group information through your host, or by emailing correspondence@ashcombeprivate.com. We keep this information only as long as needed to run the service and to meet legal obligations.
