The website needs an internet connection to load. Private online games, reservations and voice chat also need a connection.

On a phone, rotate to landscape when entering the table. Browser controls may remain visible on iPhone Safari. You do not need to save the website to your Home Screen to use FeltSavvy.

To leave a hand or session, use the exit control in the app; your local stats stay on your device.

To join, open the group owner’s invitation link and use the phone number they added for you. If it is not recognised, ask the owner to check it. Group owners sign in with their owner phone number and password.

Voice chat is optional. Check the group’s voice setting, your device volume and microphone permission if you want to speak. Never send your password or a private invitation link in a public support message.

New in-person host registration is not open yet. Existing hosts can use Host access. To explore the reservation flow without creating a real group, open the demo.

Reservations are for invited players only. Ask your host for the group code.

Codes look like XXXX-XXXX-XXXX; case, spaces and dashes don't matter. The code is asked for on every visit and isn't saved.

After entering the code, tap any seat card or "Book or manage your place" and enter your own phone number. If it isn't recognised, ask your host to check the number they added for you. Seats are filled automatically in reply order; when the table is full you can join the waiting list, and the first person in line moves into the next seat that opens.

Host access is for existing hosts only; new host sign-up isn't available.
